1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SpeakFluent app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SpeakFluent is a Dutch language learning application designed to help users prepare for the inburgering speaking exam. The App provides AI-powered speaking exercises, pronunciation feedback, and practice tests.

3. Account Registration

You may use certain features of the App without creating an account. To access personalized features such as progress tracking across devices, you may choose to sign in with Apple or Google. Account registration is optional for purchasing subscriptions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Premium: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
• Annual Premium: Auto-renewing yearly subscription
• Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase for permanent access

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

5. Free Content

The App provides a limited number of exercises for free. Premium content requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Share or redistribute App content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by SpeakFluent and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will ensure you pass the inburgering exam. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakFluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
